职位描述
Business Unit Introduction:
Omni Grocery Retail Sales aims to provide consumers with cross-category products and services. Currently, Omni Grocery Retail Sales is responsible for omnichannel sales of products across more than 20 subcategories from Coffee, Dairy, Confectionery, CPW, meeting consumers' comprehensive needs both indoors and outdoors. Omni Grocery Retail Sales has seven major regions nationwide, with 1,700+ regular employees, and covers over 1,600 cities.
Job Description:
1. Understand Nestlé sales business process, develop a understanding of the sales channel and customer.
2. Engage with customers/distributors cross-functionally and develop Nestlé-Customer relationship.
3. Ensure sales target achievement and activity execution.
4. Understands the financial goals and measures relevant for Nestlé and Nestlé’s customers.
Required Qualification:
1.Fresh graduates with bachelor and above degree.
2. Enthusiastic to join FMCG industry – Nestlé fan preferred!
3. Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
4. A good team player with flexibility, leadership skills, passionate to learn & to win.
5. A quick learner who likes challenges and is able to perform under pressure.
6. A can-do attitude, mature, self-motivated & energetic.
